Yehudit Eli holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and Policy from The Open University and an MBA with a specialization in Organizational Consulting from the Ruppin Academic Center, which she completed with honors. In addition, she completed computer science studies at the engineering college of Tel Aviv University with distinction and worked in this field at a startup company, in the computer unit of Soroka Medical Center, and in the computer unit of Hillel Yaffe Hospital.
In 2004, she was appointed Deputy Administrative Director at Hillel Yaffe Hospital, where she was responsible for various logistical areas. During her tenure, she received numerous awards, including the CEO of the Ministry of Health Award in 2009. She has been involved in a wide range of roles, including serving as the secretary of the organization of administrative directors of government hospitals and their deputies, chairing the steering committee for the Gefen Project for psychiatric and geriatric hospitals, and more. She was appointed as the Administrative Director of Lev Hasharon Mental Health Center in January 2016.
